At Toodles, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected.

This is why, we offer a 7-day hassle-free return & exchange on all orders from the date of delivery.

Exchange

You can request an exchange for size issues. Each item is eligible for one exchange.

Reach out to us at support@tooodles.com to initiate your exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Note: There is a nominal fee of ₹100 for processing all exchanges. This is a charge from our logistics partner to process the return/exchange.

Return/Refunds

You can request a return for a 100% refund. All items are eligible for return for ANY reason - we don't ask questions!

What Are the Conditions for Returns/Exchange?

  • Condition of Products: Products must be returned in the same condition as received. Items that are worn or in poor condition will not be eligible for a refund/exchange. Our courier partners will do a quick quality inspection at the time of return.
  • Care Instructions: Please take care of all product instructions, original packaging, freebies, documents, and wrappings while returning/exchanging items.

How Do I Initiate a Return or Exchange?

Once you initiate a return, it typically takes 5-7 days for the product(s) to reach us. We also provide reverse pick-up services for your convenience.

Our courier will attempt to pick up your shipment three times. If unsuccessful, you will need to send the shipment back to us.

What If My Area Is Not Serviceable for Reverse Pick-Up?

If reverse pick-up is unavailable in your area, please self-ship the product(s) to our address:

Ensure items are securely packed with the ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the package. All items must be unused with original tags and packaging intact.

How Long Does It Take to Process a Return?

Please allow 7 - 10 working days for us to process your return once we receive it. The refund amount will be reflected in your bank account shortly thereafter.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order anytime before dispatch.

What If I Haven't Received My Order?

If you receive an SMS or email indicating delivery but haven't received your order, please contact us within 48 hours at:

What Happens After I Return a Product?

Once we receive your returned product, we will ship the replacement (in case of exchange) or process a 100% refund (in case of return).

In case of returns, our goal is to process refunds as quickly as possible, typically within 15 - 30 working days after receiving the original product.
